Creature framework registration issues.

So for the last 2-3 days, I have been trying to get herm werewolves working for my character, and after going through everything like 3 times, I think the issue most likely stems from my creature framework. It tells me whenever I open the MCM that it is initializing, and to give it a few minutes, but no matter how long I give it, it doesn't ever finish initializing. I find this especially odd because while I don't know exactly what creature framework does, I haven't had any issues, like literally at all with creatures up until now, where TWO's herm werewolf options simply don't wanna give my werewolf a dick.

Stuff I've tried:
-going through some guides and install pages and trying different recommended load orders, alongside just toying with the load order myself.
-enabling debug logging in the console, when checking the console it seems like its initializing fine, tells me it loaded JSON stuff for creature framework just fine, tells me every actor its applying stuff to, seems like everything should be working, yet opening the MCM still gives me a message.
-trying different JContainers versions, my skyrim version is 1.5.97 so I tried versions 4.1.11 to 4.1.13, cuz it seems like 4.2.0 isnt for my version.

Skyrim ver: 1.5.97
SKSE ver: 2.0.20
JContainers (current) ver: 4.1.13

What am I doing wrong here? Is it just a false positive? Any replies are appreciated.
