Pregnancy possibility with another mod's settings?

Need help with wicked whims & RPO (relationship and pregnancy overhaul mod) pregnancy settings

I know how to make the RPO pregnancy settings override WW pregnancy settings, however - if I have it set to the RPO system, but I ONLY use WW sex (and never regular woohoo) will the RPO system even work?? Does that only apply to regular woohoo?

 

I guess what I'm hoping is to be able to only use WW sex but have the RPO pregnancy settings apply without having to also do regular woohoo.

 

Has anyone been able to figure this out?
