Last Exception

Okay, I am now at a loss. Since the new update I started to randomly getting LE caused by "interaction" or something else. Reading the file tells me which Sims are involved. It always only affects 2 Sims which are named. But "ResetSim" tells me "Sim not found". I can't seem to figure out which mod is causing this.  If somebody can help me understand what is happening here I will be  eternally thankful.
