my character is slow

Hello everyone. I seem to have run into a bit of a glitch with one of my characters and the Skyrim redone mod. One of my characters was already wearing speed enhancing enchantments when I started playing the mod. I'm not totally sure how this happened but now when I play the game with this character (and Skyrim redone) my character moves at only normal speed with the enchantments on, and slows down below normal speed when I take them off, and I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.

 

This isn't happening with any of the other characters I play with on SkyRe- they move at normal speeds without any enchantments on, and when they do wear a speed enchantment they move even more quickly, as they should. It's like the game took my character's speed with the enchantments on as the normal "value", and consequently my character runs/walks slower than one normally should when not wearing anything. I tried de-activating SkyRe, saving, re-activating SkyRe, and loading up the previous save to try and fix the problem, but that just introduced a bunch of weird new bugs. If there's a better way uninstalling SkyRe, then please let me know. 

 

And no, I don't have a clean save to revert to. I stupidly saved over my original save file with SkyRe on, so I'm stuck with it. Hopefully this all makes sense, as it's a strange bug I have not run into before.

Open console and write :

 

player.forceav speedmult 100

 

This will reset your speed to default. You might want to unequip any custom movement-enchants items before trying this, then put them back on after your speed is back to normal. You should have your original speed this way.

Use Player.setav Intelligence 100, maybe?
