I've used a Project Zomboid mod that does this, but Zomboid has razors inbuilt into the game as world objects, FO4 doesn't have any razors in game.

 

AN76 allows you to create soap, sanitary pads, tooth care products etc, I assume somebody could create a "razor making system" in the same manor (maybe a plastic and steel combination). That said, we do have "scalpels" in FO4, they might be a base for a razor or the full tool for the job if you are careful.

 

I'd be very interested in using such a mod anyway, anything that increases RP options is always on my radar.

In last Nukaride started new grow pubic system in Music shop... after first trimming service there is 2 or 3 stages of growth... Try asking there for alone mod or use as is...

It will be nice to convert it to Get Pubic(take razor)

 

But I'm not able to do it. There is not source script and simply replace textures eliminates dirt...
