No response to dialogue selection

I encountered this issue in the last few days where after I select any dialogue option nothing happens.

I've tried removing recently installed mods and sorting with LOOT but the problem seems to persist. I thought this may have been the result of installing Player Character Gesture but I removed that too. I also reinstalled Fuz Ro D-oh - Silent Voice (version 1.7 as I am on v1.5.97) .

 

I can leave the speech menu just fine using tab and play as normal.

Running loot with FE flagged mods = scrap yoour save(s), start new game.

Never ever run loot midgame, if FE flagged mods installed. Even without FE's it's very likely you mess up your saves.

Removing mods midgame the same. Install new mods as last in order only midgame.

Thanks for the advice, will do this going forward. It seems however the issue is happening on new games too.

You need to get used to xedit for conflict resolution. It's a must for advanced modding.

Loot is ok for environmental things, like trees and so. It's somekind of a beginners tool.
