Schlongs of Skyrim brown pants or schlong visible through armor

I'm experiencing an issue where every time I load into the game my character has either the brown pants or his dick sticking through his armor. I have to go to the SoS settings, select "clean schlongified armors" (which for some weird reason has a different number of the armors in question next to it each time), re-equip the armor and then it's solved until I close the game and reload again. I'm playing on the GOG 1.6.659 version and I also have disabled the SOSRaceMenu plugin due to an unrelated issue causing me to be unable to edit the length of my schlong. Other than that I don't think I made any relevant changes to the mod.
