Mod companion model switch

Is there any way I can paste a npc’s face which I have changed with a mod, onto a mod follower?

 

There’s this mod I downloaded which changed the face of Joana, and I want to use her whole model to replace the model of ARES Andrea, because every time I try to use the GECK and make the esp to plug in, the esp simply just doesn’t want to overwrite Andrea’s appearance and just stays as the default one.
