Serana's dark Vanilla face

> I installed Serana's replacer, and no version worked. For some reason, the game doesn't want to load her overhaul but always shows her (dark) vanilla face. The load order isn't an issue since the overhaul mod was always at the bottom (Mayte, in this case). It simply stopped working even after the mods were reinstalled. She has a grey face even without an overhaul mod. Here is my load order. I would be very grateful if someone would take a look at it. Thank you.

Does the mod you installed have a .dds file for the face in the folder texures/actors/character/facegendata/facetint/'modname'? I think it's also possible that some mods overwrite vanilla textures. When you remove the mod these files are removed with it but not restored to the vanilla ones. I have had such mods before. I removed them permanently. It looks like all the files you need are spread through the folders, maybe there is an issue with the path location of these folders. If you want I can see if  I have a working version specifically for Serana.

The first option of your mod that allows you to keep your body doesn't add face textures and just keeps the vanilla one. The second option gives face textures but only if you want CBBE body. The third option requires assets. No idea if this will work. If you want I can add a face texture to the first option?

There are five possible options. 1) you reinstall the game, this will restore Serana her vanilla face tint. 2) You get a mod that does come with it's own face tint. 3) You generate a dds on a mod for her yourself. 4) You install the face discoloration fix https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42441. 5) Try to paste this in your data folder, it might fix it
