I am currently having this problem. I do not have any penis default mods, I even have this in vanilla game with no cc/mods.

you are using an incompatible skintone/skin. i have no clue on how to fix that issue since ive come across that issue as well with some of my skintones

I have deleted all skintones and still have this issue
