how do I apply a body detail to every sim in the world based on gender?

so basically, I have sopor breasts set to be the default for all sims (in the wicked whims personalization pie menu) and the nipples do not have any textures by default, and there is no way to apply the nipples for all sims at once, plus applying them to like 100 sims manually would be a waste of time. is there a way to apply the nipple texture to every sim in the world by not doing it manually?

I don't know about the body/breast mod(s) you are using, but I use Wild Guy's Female Body Details for default female skins, and everyone has nipples. If your breast mod or your game has other default skins/overrides, it might not work... but FBD works for me right out of the box without having to set anything manually.
