A counter feature that counts my settlement population by sex

I like to build large settlements and I find the settler bell rarely "gets" everyone.

I try hard to make a near 1 to 1 balance between Men and Women.

But since I use Commonwealth Captive and similar mods its hard to keep track of the ratio sometime..

Just a way to do a simple count that tells me how many of each.

or just that tells me how many men women children or anything close
