It's going weird again (Relationships are not working)

At the first the inappropriate mod doesn't work, i can't make  an adult teen sex, i activate the allow teen sex and the post-puberty mod, but nothing happens, but if the teen are peeping then it happens...and now some of my sims can't generate romantic feelings at all (But they can make sex) So if some one have a solution i reeeeaally be very thankfully
