This has always been a regret of mine.

It’s already 2024 and I’m still looking for thisVagina, anus Collisions.

Can anyone know other mod orPhysics can do this ?

Unfortunately we have yet ever had such a mod for F4. Unlike Skyrim, we lack the necessary autism in the F4 modding scene, the ones that we have are tacticool and military autist instead of the fun autist we have in Skyrim. At best, you can use UAP or the slightly updated Patch for animations (Squirt/Cum Effects, cum overlays, stages, fixes) but thats not a collision or physic rather its animated opening that may or may not get the best results.

Been searching for a long time also and i know how you feel, there is one mod that can do the job and i am very happy with it.

however, you will have to play on version 163 just before the NG. the mod is: SAM Enhanced Animations 1.4.2

just follow instruction and you will be good.
