Snowdrop Engine modding?

I noticed there aren't really any mods for games running on Snowdrop. All Nexus has is stuff like Reshade presets.

 

I would have figured Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora would have had people at least give a try at modding. People love their naked smurfs, after all. And they're practically naked already, so I figured it wouldn't even be that difficult.

 

Is there something inherent to the engine that prevents easy modding? Is it particularly difficult, or have they just not really tried yet?

 

Reason I ask is because Star Wars: Outlaws is coming out soon, and has a female protagonist, so.... you know.
