Disappearing lower half but now she has a penis?

So I've noticed that with my female sim, during some sex animations her lower half disappears except for her feet and she gains a floating penis. The animations are geared toward MF and MMF so it's not an issue of oh someone with a penis is meant to be in this role in the animation. Girl is literally getting her titties sucked and her lower half is just gone and in it's place there is a floating penis. The dudes are actively fingering the penis as well. I've checked CAS to see if there's anything to make the game think she's meant to have a penis but no, she's set to pee sitting down, she's feminine, she can get pregnant. So I check to she if it's a body mesh. Nope, even with different meshes, all vagina centered, the problem persists. I also tried deleting her body details in cas, still nothing.

UPDATE! So i did some tinkering and it was a messed up texture in a strap on that auto equipped for some reason. So I unequipped the strap and now it's fixed!

Hey I know I'm super late but how'd you do it ??? I'm currently having the same problem, it's whenever I switch the female and male during sex animations how do I fix it ? Or like at least make it so she equipments a strapon ?

By the way, what strap-on are you using?

Please try setting the default strap-on in the Sims-wide settings. Or, select the strap-on again using the body selector.
