Mod where you can teleport ''kidnap npc''

I'm trying to find a mod where you have 2 spells and one of the spell could teleport a npc in a sort of hall with 2 jail cage and there was a femaile npc in that hall who had the jail keys it was a skyrim le and sse mod but I don,t remember the name of it. The hall was small and it had a red carpet with an alchemy table and a trone you could only enter there by teleporting yourself with the spell.
