Mod npcs getting stuck.

I had this issue plaguing me before on Oldrim, i was hoping the issue would be resolved in SE, but it's not.

 

Many script heavy mods like Slaverun that have npcs follow a predesigned path get stuck and don't update to the next segment until i use console to force update them by disabling and enabling them.

 

Does anyone know how to resolve this issues. In many cases it makes mods randomly unplayable.

 

Some of the mods affected are the aforementioned slaverun, Ravenous, Meat Farm and possibly Simple Slavery. Since the issue is reccuring across multiple mods and i haven't seen anyone else mention anything similar i can only assume it's not down to individual mods but down to how Skyrim is processing them.
