Sprucewood Square Apartments consists of 5 two-storey apartments, that are essentially the same shell. Bright and modern with an industrial vibe, these apartments are ideal for trendy single sims or couples. I have fully decorated just one apartments, but the rest all have the essentials (bathroom and kitchen fittings and lights) for your Sims to move into. Make sure you use moveobjects before placing the lot, and it does use a whole lot of packs. This is completely CC free, and works with the latest patch (1.108.349.1020 08/08/2024).
