Stuck after and while scene ist playing

Hey guys i have a problem,
when a event ist starting i cant move, click, open menu, open inventory, and im stuck in this scene.

I tried to disable and enable the player controls but thats not the problem.
Practical defeat is not the only mod where this is happening.

pls help
