Fallout 4 Creation Kit keeps crashing after downgrade.

My creation kit keeps crashing when I try to load a esp or esm. I just reinstalled my game downgrade my fallout 4 back to f4se_1_10_163 the game runs great. I downgraded my Creation Kit using the depot_1946162, depot_1946161 method, added the load masters in the ini file. I even tried the CK extender mod and it still crashes so I am at a total loss. I looked all over the web for about 10 hours today and reinstalled CK and F4 about 8 times trying to get it to work.
