what mod do i need to install to add a third person in to the sex because having up to chance and still not triggering unless being the victim is driving me nuts

Sexlab naturally has a queue (you'll have to configure it in the MCM). You just have to hover over the NPC you want to add, and the select them with hotkey you set in the MCM, and then add them to the queue. (Leave the top for the player character).

 

If you don't want to deal with all of that, you can also use Sexlab Matchmaker. Hope this helps! ❤️
