HELP searching for my old files.

Do anyone have a copy of an older version of the POET FOLLOWER by hangakin? the one with the SG hair I updated mine to my surprise he replaced the hair with a different one because of the original hair mod author requested it to be taken out or something.

 

anyway I would appreciate it if someone could give me a link or send me a copy. thanks.

It might be possible to replace the hair using the Creation Kit with the SG hair from the earlier version. The SG hair style is probably still there in the meshes and texture files, if not then downloading the SG hair mod and opening it in the  Creation Kit to find the style should not be too difficult. If I had the version you are requesting I would be happy to help further, alas I do not have this mod.

 

After a bit of Google searching and looking at the file versions on Skyrim Nexus, it would seem that SG Hair Mod is no longer available, for some reason, probably the stupid Nexus people banned him or some such. In any event the versions leading up to the current one, version 1.4 were finally found posted on a Chinese site, well that is at least what machine language translation says it is.

I was not able to download from the Nexus to try and make a comparison of the current version to see the hair style used, it seems the Nexus is acting up again, no surprise. I will try to get the current version and compare it with the Chinese 1.3, but my first thought is they will be very different, there is 8 RAR files from the Chinese site and none of them will open in F*Edit to look at the meshes.

The way the download site works suggests a broken download, but if you wait a few minutes it'll finish successfully, so just be patient with it.

Nevermind, I got it to work. You just have to open the folder and download the individual files. It won't let you download the whole folder without the utility.
