Make player character only nude during SL animations?

I have seen a couple of mods that equips underwear to dead NPCs that you loot but they don't mention if it affects the player character.

 

I use a mod that add buffs when naked and I don't want my character going commando all the time.

 

I can't find a mod that adds an equipable underwear for males either. I am thinking I can just remove the clothing keyword from it.
