I'm almost certain Wicked Whims is installed correctly but it's still not working in game.

like i dont know how to explain this its just not showing up in script mods and not working in game lol. its the latest installation (just downloaded it today) and only one layer deep (the wicked whims folder is in the mod folder, no deeper. i tried taking everything out of the wicked whims folder and just putting it in in the base mod folder but that didnt work either? i looked at the common mistakes and everything i dont think im doing anything wrong? if anyone has any advice id appreciate it :(.
