I've been using this one since Oldrim. I tried the preset in SE but the face looks different.

Presets are just .json text files.  There's no reason it wouldn't work in SE using the same assets.  Have you installed all the requirements listed on that page?  It is based on old, low-poly assets so if it looks different you probably didn't install all the requirements and textures are the most likely culprit.  LE textures don't need to be converted to work on SE.  SE supports the newer BC7 compression but is backward-compatible with DDS formats used in classic Skyrim.

Oh, maybe I forgot how I got it to work in LE back in the day, because I tried creating a new char in LE and it looks quite different to the photo like on SE. So I just exported my char's head in LE then imported it to SE. Didn't this was possible before. Thanks.
