I would like to make a mod too, but the .pak.ucas.utoc file I packaged crashes when the game starts.
I have checked the packaging and editor settings as shown in the image.
I am not sure about the ChunkID settings.

Hello. Are you using the chunk IDs for packaging your mod? If you are, please do not package your modded pakchunk with the skeleton. If your mod has a skeleton in it, it can crash the game at the start because all animations will break. I have completed a mod for this game too and it works great but there were issues and crashes regarding the skeleton during my playtesting.

I want to modify meshes and textures for practice.

Weird issue with Palamena. It's very odd as the other mods are still working. Tried installing again and no luck. Not sure if there was an update or something.

I only put three jmedia7 MODs and transparency MODs, and there was no problem. Is your folder name "~mods"? See if your file name and content are the same as mine? If it can't be solved, I have no idea.
