Weird custom race bug?

 I recently ran into this really annoying bug regarding the lunari race. Whenever I turn into a vampire, my character's face becomes messed up. Here are pictures to show what I mean :

Some possible causes of this could be the fact I use Enhanced Character Edit, or I swamped the original Lunari face textures with sg female renewal. I already have the required mod the author linked (RaceCompatibility for Skyrim and Dawnguard), and everything is updated to the latest version. Another possible reason could be that I use the Better Vampires mod, but I doubt it as RaceCompatibility is compatible with Better Vampires.  Here is my load order, if it helps anyway whatsoever :
