Skins that work with cmar's penis mesh?

Ive been trying a lot of different skins and haven't found much of anything that works with cmar's penis mesh. Are there any that do?

The Navetsea skins have always seemed to work for me. Unfortunately they have retired from creating, and a lot of their skins have disappeared.
