The animation is from ZaZ Animation Pack.

The erection is Schlongs of Skyrim SE.

 

I'm assuming it's caused by the high heels, any mods to fix this?

 

ps：The purple is the hand not the glove. I don't know what's going on. It wasn't like this once.

You are right on the money... and the only way to fix it is either enabling automatic disabling of high heels during SL scenes (I'm pretty sure thats just an option in Sexlab Mod menu) OR manually edit (using sexlab controls) every single scene individually (if there is a way to bulk edit I'd love to know, but even if there was not every scene would have the same offset). Similar things happen if you play as a character with non standard height (like breton). Majority of scenes are done with 1.0 height characters in mind.
