I can't get the mod to work on my version of Skyrim - Special Edition - v1.5.97.0, unfortunately for now it's not the original but the other mod Gary_s Real Mare Horse Mod works but this mod doesn't even if I remove all the mods

the textures don't appear to load on the model when I have this installed. is there an extra step I missed? is there another mod I have to have installed for this to work?
