Looking for MOD can toggle(preferbly) actor transparency but keep penis and ABC still visible

I know command setactoralpha <#>  works for the whole actor, the transparent sex mod seems using same mechanism,  but what I want is keep penis and ABC stay 100% visible during the animation. 🤣 Anyone can help? Thank you
