FO3 vanilla Armor/Clothes plus body replacers

Greetings,
 

I have lots of experience modding Elder Scrolls Games (since Morrowind to Skyrim), but I've never played a fallout game... so I'm looking to get my feet wet now. I'm looking for the following and I'm hoping you guys can help easy my searching a bit:

 

1.  A female body replacer mod with fully converted Vanilla/DLCs armors and clothes

The number of "extra" clothes/armor mods isn't so import to me as having vanilla ones converted. I typically like a bustier body type as well, though I realize that may be asking too much.

 

2. Some decent skin replacers

 

 

I have some other stuff I'll be looking for as well, but I wanted to keep this focused.
