Your sims look great, but here is a bit of constructive criticism... merged files like the one you included in your post are the devil. You say it's only for 1 pair of earrings and yet it's 264mg. You can unmerge files using Sims4Studio. The file consists of 255 CC of which only 1 is needed for your sim.
