SLIF belly inflation not changing gradually

I use fill her up baka edition and the belly inflation only appears after i re equip or unequip my armor. It used to work just fine before and i also tried the fix where you have to turn off some settings in sse engine fix but it either cause me to crash or the game just freezes.
