Need help with Whiterun Has Walls Redone and Skyrims Dead mod

I recently download whiterun has walls redone and skyrims dead and I get this giant black wall with a chain on it  and a black wall, which my character can walk through blocking the entrance to whiterun. I don't know if skyrims dead has to do with it or not.

First thing that comes to mind then is that that's a LOD object. Walk up to it and try to select it with the console open. Can you select it, can you disable it? If you can't, run DynDolod or otherwise redo/change LOD files in this area.
