Modding potential for Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE Plus?

The steam version has been released. I found that there is no topics about this game.

The game seems to be in UE4, so mods should come early if there's any interest.

I didn't even realize they were remastering this game, and it not having English listed on the Steam page means that it's not even being shown to any English users.

Does it have English text, despite not being listed on the store page?

The PC version doesn't have English right now. They will patch it in on October 1st.

Messed around with modding this a bit. No encryption and the whole process is pretty straight forward. Looks like all they really did was just black out the final textures (was really hoping they might have cleaned that up for PC). Haven't dug around too much in the game files yet but I was able to get a working texture mod in game to remove Shinigami's annoying black void.

Could you share this? The game's finally out in English and I don't want to play with the void if I can help it.

Sorry, that "mod" never went beyond proof of concept copy-paste textures; nothing worth sharing.

Mod to slightly shorten the skirts of Kurumi and Waruna from chapter 2 and remove the shadows in their skirts.

Friend sorry for asking late, but can you also make one last simple mods for Fubuki Clockford and Halara Nightmare and Guillaume Hal?

 

I feel like we can add more flair for both of these girls as part of the main cast.

 

Something like remove Jacket/Colored Hair Red cape for Halara etc.

 

Either way, I appreciate you removing the black shadow censorship for Shinigami! I really appreciate the Godlike share as always

Also I found Shinigami's Beta concept costume.

 

Maybe this is possible in the future? Especially the high skirt and long dress.

 

But may take a good amount of effort.

I don't understand why you preferred to do something that is not even noticeable like the skirts instead of completely undressing them! It's a real shame that today there are no nude mods beyond the girl you made and to top it off no one is interested in continuing to mod the game.

Better than some people at least, but they should still post stuff on the site that people buy on. You shouldn't have to join a Discord server or seek out a third party site to see what they want you to buy. Its the same thing with devs only posting news on their Discord servers and not posting anything to Steam, the place where people go to actually buy the game. Looking at you Moon Studios..
