Ada2human BUGS PROBLEM

Hi everyone ! I need a lot of help with the Ada2human mod and I apologize in advance for my horrible English. After the new Fallout 4 update I decided to do a clean install of the game, MO2 and mods (making sure every single file was removed from my PC), the main purpose was to check and verify that everything was working correctly, unfortunately Ada2human has some problems and I don't know how to fix them. The mod was the last one I had installed and doing some in-game tests everything seemed to work correctly so I deleted the test saves and closed everything, after a few days I wanted to play but I realized that the classic message regarding Ada2human mod did not appear then once out of the vault and leveled up to activate the quest, I met Ada (she was in human form). I started doing some tests and these problems came up:

-The control rod and the quick test do not work

-When I draw the weapon she takes on a strange pose and moves in a strange way

-If I insert a weapon into his inventory and equip, it disappears completely (after exiting the inventory)

-If I make her return to robot form, she becomes invisible (in the command console she is invisible there too)

After making various attempts to fix the problem I decided to do a clean install of everything (game, MO2, mods, etc.) to see if there was any mod that overwrote Ada's mod. I installed only Ada2Human and only its requirements, started a new game to check but in the end the problems remain, I don't know what to do anymore, does anyone have a solution ?
