"mbg" stands for "Minor Bar Girl. It's from Spike Fun. Those girls shouldn't be showing up at all when you're female at the bar, but I haven't fixed that bug yet. In the meantime, I'd recommend not clicking on them (they don't actually have any interactions yet).
