RPO conflict, can't do romance as relatives

Hello!

 

I have Wicked Whims downloaded and I have a pair of siblings who both have the Incest attribute unlocked. However, whenever lumpinou's Relationships/Pregnancy Overhaul mod is installed, even without any modules, the siblings can't do any romantic interactions except for asking each other's romance and WooHoo preferences. They can still have sex, but I have to cheat their relationship high enough to get them to agree by means other than the romance menu. Could I get some help? I couldn't find a Discord server that would help me with this.
