Good afternoon everyone! I am seriously going ape shit trying to figure out what is wrong with my game. I was playing yesterday just fine, and then today, there's a white boarder on top of the screen, my player character has no face, everything in the cell is blue or not rendered at all....AAAAAND my game crashes on start of the load, or soon after. I've tried new games, deleting recently downloaded mods, updating previous mods, loading previous clean saves, all to no avail. If anyone has a resolution for me, it would be greatly appreciated!

White border could be ENB, its called letterboxing though usually its black so dunno whats up with that.

As for the missing face and textures and crashing, that's most likely the stdio limit. Get Engine Fixes SSE.

Thank you for the quick response traison, unfortunately the engine fixes sse didn't work. I had already had that downloaded and tried reinstalling it, but nothing new or different happened.

Oh wait I see what the bar is. That's the window title. You're running Skyrim in windowed mode.

Edit: I suppose hitting the plugin limit could cause something similar, depending on what goes missing when plugins get ignored.

I actually just found out that I had a disk write error on steam. After clearing the cache, it solved that issue, but, I'm still getting the ctd after loading a save game or starting a new one from the main menu. I'm on version 1.6.1170.0.8 (SKSE64 2.2.6 relĀ

if that helps. And like I said, it was working fine just yesterday...was there an update since then that may have broken it?

Again, I thank you for your adamant and persistent replies, traison!
