CK3 trait to swap gender appearance only

Is it possible to create a trait that only changes the gender appearance but keeps all the gender traits the same. For example, you have a male ruler and you apply this trait making them have a female appearance but is still identified as a male in game. The trait would be visual only, like the beauty trait.

Hi, i think the answer is similar to the question answered here:

 

Basically, due to male and female mesh being different, male and female clothing being different, makes it really hard to just swap these 2.
