Terribly tall

I'm unsure which mod is causing this, but for some reason my characters are giant height (10-15 ft tall).

Is there any way to fix this?

It was working fine in this configuration until I added XMPS.

I tried this and now 1st person seems a bit wonky.

When I walk forward my HUD goes towards the ceiling.

The problem itself is fixed though.

I didn't, but that didn't fix either problem.

 

(It did help with the crashing I experienced when looting bodies though).

While installing XMPS I accidentally added the non-FNIS patch into my data folder.

Could that be the problem?

Yes.

I've changed the skeleton and textures out multiple times, yet the problem here persists.

 

I'm 99% sure this is the problem, as it changes the default meshes for characters.

I'm unsure of how to fix it though, any ideas?

My defaultmale.hkx and defaultfemale.hkx are the problem.

I'll have to delete them and replace them.

Any suggestions on replacement?
