ChefJonFavreau Posted July 18, 2024 Posted July 18, 2024 i have a really long save file that is currently sitting at 121MB uncompressed and 41~ mb compressed. i think the save file is finally starting to spill over >128mb (SSE engine fixes hard limit), as after a certain point i can no longer save/load into interiors without an infinite loading screen. with that being said, is there ANYTHING i can do to trim down the uncompressed size of the save? any workarounds? i know this sounds like a horrible idea but since i have nothing to lose at this point would uninstalling new lands mods help? thanks
Foulmouthjester Posted July 18, 2024 Posted July 18, 2024 There is a mod called resaver. I think that might help.

Foulmouthjester Posted July 18, 2024 Posted July 18, 2024 https://forums.nexusmods.com/topic/12732315-anyway-to-reduce-save-file-size/ Read thru that one and see if it might help you.
Foulmouthjester Posted July 18, 2024 Posted July 18, 2024 Other that that its hard to say. Might just have to find out what biggest culprit is and "restart" without it.
