savefile size (most likely) maxing out to 128mb, lost cause?

i have a really long save file that is currently sitting at 121MB uncompressed and 41~ mb compressed. i think the save file is finally starting to spill over >128mb (SSE engine fixes hard limit), as after a certain point i can no longer save/load into interiors without an infinite loading screen.

 

with that being said, is there ANYTHING i can do to trim down the uncompressed size of the save? any workarounds? i know this sounds like a horrible idea but since i have nothing to lose at this point would uninstalling new lands mods help? thanks

There is a mod called resaver. I think that might help.

resaver was what i used to look at my save size in the first place. i have a few orphaned scripts and instances but cleaning them doesnt make any difference on the save size

Other that that its hard to say. Might just have to find out what biggest culprit is and "restart" without it.
