How do I enable the 'Orgasm Visual Effect Switch?'

I've been looking for it. Around winter '23, I remember seeing the 'hearts around the head' animation and moodlet that come with it when a female sim orgasms. But now this summer '24, I started playing again. Updated the WW mod and I don't see it anymore. Was the feature taken out or did I miss where to look for it in the settings?
