Want Help Maintaining A Mod

Hello, I need help. I have been trying to update the below mod to game version 1.10.984 for F4SE build 0.7.2 but no matter what I do I cannot get this thing fixed. The mod author left instructions on how to maintain it but upon trying to follow them I found them incorrect. I am looking for help in trying to get this mod functional again. If anyone has any idea please throw it at me, I honestly am at a loss at how to next attempt a fix.
