Gender Preference Distribution Weights - Did i read this right?

Did i read that right (attachment)

 

so, if i want the newly generated sims to be straight, the settings would be 0 - 100 - 0 - 100 ??

 

the setting only says "Is attracted to"...not saying "who" is attracted to, so, i'm confused
