Need help changing a WW body selector mesh into a default replacement.

I have this female bottom package file for WW body selector and I want it to be the default bottom for all female sims so it shows up in CAS when the sim is naked and clothes fit over it instead of switching back to the EA default bottom when clothes are applied over it. Can someone help me through the conversion process as I have no idea what program to use or where to begin in the first place? I've been searching for hours for a tutorial of some kind but couldn't find a single one. I'd really appreciate the support.
