Quests randomly starting when starting a new game

So, I've spent some time updating all the mods after the update that apparently broke everything. Now, after starting a new game and everything appears to be working, but yet when I leave the vault for the first time a series of quests randomly start up. The quests "All Hallows' Eve", "Speak of the Devil", "Pyromaniac", "When Pigs Fly", "Echoes of the Past", "Crucible", and "Best of Three" all started up. To my knowledge, the quests aren't broken, they just started the beginning tasks, for example telling me to listen to a broadcast or investigate a building. I'm unaware of any mods that would've triggered this. While I was planning on completing these quests eventually, I just would've liked a more natural gameplay by stumbling upon these quests. Any help would be appreciated.

Those are Bethesda's creation club content added with the "next-gen" update, you'll need a mod like this to stop that behaviour.

For creation club addons, Bethesda doesn't add a trigger other than on game load, which also includes new games. Which is why you get the quest spam.

yes its a problem with the new update one of the worst issues with it many oftshoe quests seem late game quests.

Bethesda should have gated those quets to trigger after maybe level 30 or 40 or after main quest completion.

They made the quests NOT do that in Skyrim after years of people complaining, and then they dropped the ball with Fallout 4, HARD, yeah. It's ludicrous, especially for how many CC items have quests that auto-start when you start the game.

I think it shows that the developers do not play thier onw game.

Or they would know how badly this plays.
