Installing them is fairly straightforward. Assuming you have an up to date steam installation, the first thing you'll want to do is right click Palworld, select properties, select "Installed Files" and click browse at the top right. This puts you where you need to be.

After that, there are two main locations: \Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks and \Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64. For UE4SS, all you need to do is download the v3.0.1 zip file and extract the folder and files directly into Win64. Sugarcake, Altermatic, the mesh pack and animation packs will all go into the Paks directory. Drop all ~mods and LogicMods folders in here from the mods, meshes and animations you downloaded, as well as the .pak files (excluding the nudemale one if you prefer). But only files from the (STEAM) folders where applicable (again, assuming steam installation). Everything should all fit in and converge into the mod folders without any conflicts. After you've extracted Sugarcake and the mesh/animations, open the ~mods folder, open AnimJSON and SwapJSON, and run each of the batch files (.bat). These are necessary for making sure the animations and model swaps actually load in. And if you add or remove animations or meshes, make sure to run these again.
Optional: If you're using Ferox's pack, you'll want this for the loupmoon animation.

This all worked fine for me without issue. But, as Sugarcake has troubleshooting tips on the post, your mileage may vary on that. Probably related to access rights or something. There's a section labelled" How to install the SCake framework" which may help or, if you can't figure it out, I guess just making another help request in this thread.
